Contact us for an appointment that can be completed over the phone, online video call or somewhere near your place.Step 2 - Initial Disucssion
We will talk and understand your lending needs and situation.Step 3 - Preliminary Assessment
We will provide a checklist and collect the necessary information and documents through secured link of Client Form. The Preliminary Assessment wil be completed based on provided information with an Indicative Borrowing Capacity.Step 4 - Recommendations
We will provide a Detailed Advice of Suitable Products, including lenders, interest rates, upfront costs and any on-going fees.Step 5 - Application
Happy to proceed - our loan processing team will assist with the paperworks and submission with dedicated follow-ups on each of your application stages.Step 6 - Valuation
Bank takes independent valuer firm on security valuation that we can organise for you.Step 7 - Approval
In general, a Pre-Approval will be valid for 90 - 110 days from lender to lender. If you have been successfully Unconditional Approved, we will work together with your conveyancer or settlement agent and the Bank for the next step.Step 8 - Loan Offer Documents
